The Atlantic canary (Serinus canaria) is a small passerine bird from the Canary Islands. It belongs to the finch family, Fringillidae. Its distinctive feature is its yellow feathers, but some have feathers that are a combination of orange, green, and even gray. With proper care, the Atlantic canary can live 10 to 15 years.
